Google has a troubleshooting section for Meet available

Here are the instructions for enabling the cameras:
Google Meet needs permission to use your camera and microphone in Chrome. You will be asked to allow access the first time you join a Meet video call.
You can change the setting to allow Meet to use your camera and microphone, click on the camera icon
in the address bar and select the Always allow option.

Just a reminder of what students should do when they have issues with Chromebooks:

  • Student or parent should email Ms. Thigpen ( and/or call her    (770-947-7690) to describe the problem with the Chromebook.

  • If Ms. Thigpen cannot solve the problem remotely, the student/parent will need to schedule an appointment time to bring the computer to the school.
  • Ms. Thigpen will enter a work order to have the Chromebook repaired and a loaner will be issued to the student (if possible) so that he/she may continue to work remotely.
CCI Program Login How To

Click the link below for CCI program login how to. The instructions will walk you through how to access your WGTC Blackboard, Bannerweb, and student email. 
All CCI programs will be held virtually until the programs assigned return date. The return date varies from program to program. If you do not know your programs return date, please reach out to your program instructor. 
All CCI program virtual learning will be done independently without live instruction. Students are not required to login in at designated times, but are encouraged to follow their CCI schedule to ensure all work is being completed in a timely fashion.
