Here are the instructions for enabling the cameras:
Google Meet needs permission to use your camera and microphone in Chrome. You will be asked to allow access the first time you join a Meet video call.
You can change the setting to allow Meet to use your camera and microphone, click on the camera icon
in the address bar and select the Always allow option.
If the instructions above do not help, then read the information below...............................
Just a reminder of what students should do when they have issues with Chromebooks:
- Student or parent should email Ms. Thigpen (sonya.thigpen@dcssga.org) and/or call her (770-947-7690) to describe the problem with the Chromebook.
- If Ms. Thigpen cannot solve the problem remotely, the student/parent will need to schedule an appointment time to bring the computer to the school.
- Ms. Thigpen will enter a work order to have the Chromebook repaired and a loaner will be issued to the student (if possible) so that he/she may continue to work remotely.
